Wow, I’m not sure how long this will stay up on Google, but follow the link to an absolutely fantastic video: Rickson Gracie’s Choke, a documentary about a tournament in Japan and his participation. Great insight into the man, the legend that is Rickson Gracie.

At the beginning of my martial career it was Bruce Lee that influenced me, but man, this guy is better than Bruce Lee… he’s got all the spiritual mumbo jumbo you could ever want, plus he’s a kickass fighter. I like his philosophies, his character, and his fighting style.
